Sur le readme d'une démo Nvidia, y dise ceci :

CITATIONAlso, the vertical sync has an effect on the frame rate.  
 You may find that things run at a better frame rate with
 the v-sync set to off (although this will likely cause
 some tearing artifacts).  You can change the v-sunc
 setting in the "OpenGL Settings" of the control panel.  
 Set the menu for "Vertical Sync" to "Always off"

Moi je suis d'accord, mais où trouver les réglages OpenGL dans les pilotes ??
